White WRX, very lowered, with Ti exhaust and plates that start with 4OWL (I think) and gold wheels. Also, it was muddy up to the hip line, like a WRX should be , and had two snowboards strapped to the top. This was Sunday about 1 o'clock in the afternoon and on I-80 East between Fairfield and Vacaville.
