WTH happened to 92.7?

What is that all about?

What happened to 92.7?

It was nice to have a dance (not bump n' gring) station in the Bay Area. Now, it's just another 94.9 but with less annoying DJ's.

There are absolutely no good radio stations left in the Bay Area. I am resorting to listening to AM radio now.

I guess there is only one way out. XM!!!

Only about 1 in every 10 songs on 92.7 is tollerable these days. It's a shame... there's only so much FOB music I can stomach in one sitting. *running, ducking for cover*

I would much rather listen to "FOB" music rather than "BET" music.

Dance hits they were playing on 92.7 were a bit old (vs. Europe) but it was still good. Very good. Just delayed. Now, it just sucks. I like occasional hip-hop here and there, but to completely switch formats is just wrong. Whats next, they will take Howard off the air? Oh wait, it is already happening...

SUCKS!

I used to listen to 92.7 (right when it came out and listened for a month or two) during the daytime but they kept playing the same stuff over and over and over again. They barely ever added new stuff during the daytime. Just kept getting repetitive. Every now and then (like once every 3 weeks) I would turn it to that channel and it would still be the same songs. I guess lots of people got bored of it (like I did) and didn't tune in.

92.7 is a sweet station now, just heard about that "tupac radio" stuff last weekend.

When its not Tupac radio its a cool rap/hip-hop station.

what are XMs dance channels like?

Sirrius just reshuffled their line up, got rid of the cheesy house and cheesy trance station(cheesy house is always better than cheesy trance since it at least doesnt take it self so goddamn seriously )

I really didnt mind too much but the backlash was all the glowstick twirling Etards sent enough emails that their best channel Dance Planet is now about 50% trance

bah.

it got bought out over new years and the owners finally decided to go forward with their plans to create a station that would contend with Wild 94.9... however, this station sounds more like KMEL than anything else. It was just a matter of time... Lame *** owners.
