yeah. But ****. A 2 hour trip home is a lot better than no home. Prayers for all those close by. My co-worker just swept down his deck and drive way and is out there with a hose watering down.

 

yes I do but never mind the clock right now I think there is a bigger issue to be worried about specialy if love ones are in the path of that fire....

and racenut... where's your office? My family should be o.k. I'll have a long conversation and possibly drive by their place to make sure all is well. My brother is closer.

I've got 2 buddies and 2 family homes in the way. Friggin sucks.

There are some people here in our parking lot that evacuated their animals. They said their house is gone as are their neighbors.

Just talked to someone who's two neighbors houses went up already and there's probably too. There off larkin.

My little brother is just on the other side of the hill from them on freedom by the 5 mile house.

Any chance you can give me a run down on san andreas. I've only done it once. And a good way from bay/porter to rio without hitting the freeway???

Radio is saying people have reported seeing people possbly start these fires, however you know how people get in times like these "I saw someone near some grass, they must have started the fire!"

Aren't all of the Watsonville fires near hwy 1 off ramps, or was that a misreported thing? I ask because Pebble Beach is also on fire by the hwy 1 entrance and the hospital up there has been evacuated except for all necessary workers.

 

radio just said the pebble beach oneid contained, too bad you watsonvilleguys aren't so lucky

 

not sure. one report is that it was a cigarette. One is that someone saw someone starting fires up highway 1 and it's been reported to 911.

Won't know for sure.

I just heard the freeway is open again.

 

the radio down here just said SB 1 is open but NB will be a relatively long-term closure at Airport Blvd.

 

I just got home, northbound 1 at Watsonville is a HUGE MESS. Don't even think about trying that. Main routes around it are jammed up too. If you know your way around it's not bad, but otherwise traffic is screwed.

 

there was a fire in oakland around 92nd st. i was at OTD cycle and saw the fire.

 

Yea **** that dude - i was going to safeway on the 1 and mission. I could see it all the way from freaken end of Carbrillo highway. Freaken HUGEEEE fire. Especially today - when its like 105 now...I got the **** outta SC. Hope u doing alright Ray. **** arsonists dude, poor animals lol. But y would they put birds, snakes and horses in the same cars....=O...3rd fire...in 2 weeks? damn....SanJos gonna get a crapload of more ashes again.
