From the first picture, it looks like you didn't use the jacking point. The point you used was in the middle of the front door, the jacking points are right next to the wheels. The owners manual is very specific about the four jacking point and where the emergency jack can/should be used.

As i understand it, that emergency jack in your truck is not meant for repeated us like that. Its supposed to get you out of a bind not jack up the car all the time. from the look of the pics, the car shifted on the jack and put some lateral pressure on the the jack points...

As i understand it, that emergency jack in your truck is not meant for repeated us like that. Its supposed to get you out of a bind not jack up the car all the time. from the look of the pics, the car shifted on the jack and put some lateral pressure on the the jack points...

Agree with the comment that the emergency jack should not be used for maintenance; I definitely would not get underneath a car with only an emergency jack. Buy a jack or ramps.
