Measure the pucnture. Most shops won't repair anything more than a quater of an inch. You might be able to find one that will if it's longer than that.

The two places I went to said it was too bad to repair. The hole was about
twice as wide as the piece of metal. Looks like it went in then tore some.
It's kind of hard to tell from the picture.
