Weekly GT4 Challenge

Original Thread

TRACK: Laguna Seca
CAR: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
MODS: $75k maximum budget. No R (racing) tires. No Nitrous.
AIDS: TCS and ASM disabled.

RULES:
- Gran Turismo mode practice only. No arcade mode or drafting AI cars.
- Use only those driving aids available on the real life car.
- Try not to cut corners too much.
- Lowest single lap time wins.
- Post times in this thread by Monday AM.
- Winner picks next week's track, car, and mods.
- Winner must carry 50kg ballast in next week's competition. Subsequent wins add 50kg ballast for each win, up to a maximum of 200kg. Ballast may be removed once winning streak ends.
Post your results here and I can post them over there.

K weekly challenge, post up your results and the winner can pick the challenge for the next week. I suppose each challenge should go untill monday since most people will have time to play over the weekends.

First challenge is from dorifto88. Expires Monday March 21st.

Time Trial
Track: Autunm Ring Mini
Direction: Normal
Car: All stock Evo 8 MR GSR or WRX STi Spec-C
Tires: Sports Soft
Driving Aids: Off

My best time is 40.2 seconds with the Evo. (I believe this is correct Mike if you remember better let me know.)

Probably easily beatable, lets see what you guys can do!

Sweet, I will cross post that challenge to the hitechcreations board.
So far the best time on the Laguna/Z28 challenge is 1:32.714.
