And that is an important difference between AT&T and Verizon.. AT&T will typically credit you to keep you happy.. You go over minutes and call to change plans - if you request an adjustment they will do it.. Etc..

So does Verizon its why I am still with them. I have way better customer service with verizon over AT&T and you can't say I would not know becuase I am Verizon, but I know very well becuase I support my family's AT&T accounts when they have problems becuase they don't know how to contact people and explain to them about problems.
