I am posting this here because when i was searching around i saw that a couple sets were floating around the bay area. I am located in Sacramento and am willing to drive there and buy them in person. Also i will have a set of OEM 2005 STI seats in trade if you will need some stockers.

So basically i am looking for the JDM STI Recaro seats. I believe they are also known as the "Sport" seats and were available as an upgrade in Japan. I also believe they were rebranded Recaro SRDs. I want them in the Blue and Black that matches the OEM STI interior. Here is a picture of them:

Would also be interested in a set of non STI Recaro SRDs for the right price so i can have them reupholstered.

 

Someone was selling for like 6k or something outrageous like that. Better off picking up ver7 or ver8 JDM STi seats.

 

I have the SRD's Love them. Prob would be cheaper to find some non STi ones and get the center done in blue to match but you will have the Recaro logo not the STI one unless you pay to have that done too.

 

Thats what i am considering now. I honestly dont really care too much if they are "true" JDM STI seats. Just figured if i could find some i would take them.

Found some Recaro SRD's for $1000 shipped but they are a grey cloth and I'm skeptical of their authenticity. With so many fakes on the market now i am very timid to buy seats used if i dont have the opportunity to look at them first.

 

I am assuming you do not want my seats anymore?

Got them the second time. Going to hold off until i can possibly find some Recaro SRDs.
