WTB: Cheap Wheels for WRX

I'm looking for a cheap set of 16" wheels to fit my wagon. I plan on using these for a set of drag tires only. Help me break into the 12's

Yeah, that's dirt cheap... burn them re92s at the track and when they're all warmed up, you'll have some great tires to TRY to push into 12s... but we all know, autos are slow...

Coming to UCKK Russell? You should come again. You could pick these up there, that is if Larry is coming, and you want these.

Rota wheels are cheap at modacar.com if you pick them up, they're in Pleasanton.

I second the BongMan route. I bought a second set of stock rims for my wagon to use as winter tires. I was thinking 17's to use as summer tires, but $250 for another set of stockers was too good to resist.

Thanks for the replys. I was looking for "El Cheapo" prices. I saw people selling stock WRX wheels and tires for $300-$350. I was thinking maybe two people can go in on a set like that and split the cost of about $150-$175. Anyone need tires? I still need to buy tires so I'm trying to keep the cost as low as possible and still have my stockers as a back-up.

How bout some 12's?

I picked up a set of 02 Impreza Outback Sport on Sunday and after some problems (clearence in the back) got them on. The guy was selling them on craigslist.com. $350 for the rims and tires w/ 5K on them. Its a definate improvement on my 91 Legacy wagon. I was going to sell the old rims/tires for like $100-150 since the tires are good. The rims themselves arent that good cosmetically. Curb rash, oxidation, and no center caps dont look that good. The tires dont have that many miles on them, I'd say about 7K or so.

rotas are inexpensive if you buy them from subydude. Modacar can't beat subydude.

for example. 17" rota attacks

modacar - $596

subydude - $550

everytime i have ordered something from modacar it gets backordered for like 3 or 4 weeks.
