RE92's aren't half bad. I've had them on a FWD car for the longest time with no problems. Just don't accelerate like a madman through a turn and you'll be okay.

RE070's are pretty terrible feeling in the wet, but manageable as well. They always feel like they're going to come out from underneath and they jostle the wheel like mad when you hit standing water, but *shrugs* I didn't have any problems.

The RE-92's are great for longetivity. They are hard and will last you a while, but in turn they don't grip very well in my opinion :/. Perfectly good tires, just like onizuka said don't accelerate through a turn too hard lol.

Back when I drove a RX-7, I had Yokohama ES100 tires. Dry weather I presume. As soon as the RX would get on the boost the rear would drift out when I was just driving straight. A little boost and bam they were spinning. Now those were bad. I ran the stockers on my WRX, thought they were better then the BF Goodwrench ones I had, for rain.

ok, so which was it. did you hydroplane out of control, or not? You've said it both ways, and now inquiring minds want to know.

on-topic, RE 92's are not great, but they won't cause your mother to explode at the first sign of rain either.

Don't blame the car or tires for poor driving, my guess is you tried to brake or accelerate in a puddle.

Still driving with my RE92's and haven't had any serious issues with them. They're decent tires , but then again I tend to think a lot depends on who's driving. I really don't see them as being hazardous at all.

A. The RE-92s suck. They suck ***. If you say they don't you are joking yourself
B. Just because i don't weave around the freeway like a kid with ADHD doesn't mean I can not drive
C. Just because some of us don't have the same technical knowledge as yourself doesn't make us "Unable to function"

You sir need to work on watching your mouth at certain times, an ability you obviously don't have. You are funny, you just need to learn when you are starting to **** someone off.

If you know the re92s suck and you hydroplaned once, then simply put, you need to slow down

I have p-zero neros and still can occasionally feel traction being lost, its mainly a function of speed
