Yea there are plenty of guys that shouldn't be behind the wheel.

I'm just kidding about the ladies. They're all alright even if most of them somehow get verbal warnings instead of speeding tickets.

I think that in order for the male-female ticket situation to be justified a new policy should be imposed. Women are often not given tickets due to the simple male mindset ("If I don't give her a ticket there's a one in a million chance it could get me laid, NO TICKET"). I think that if an officer decides to not give a ticket he should impose an order instead that requires her to drive around for a time (length determined by seriousness of offense) completely topless. This way when men get tickets 1) they can justify "Well I got a ticket but I still get to see *****" 2) I got this ticket because I was looking at *****.

I think that would ease the animosity in the ticket situation.
