since youre here on the peninsula get a hold of Johnny at International Autobody, he does great work and has done a bunch of our cars here, tell him Jeremy sent ya!

He'll get the car towed over to his place for you, and yeah thats usually the best way to do it, have the car at the shop so the body shop and the adjuster can go over it together to get a complete estimate. Whatever you do, dont take any settlement the adjuster might try to offer you tomorrow before you have a shop give you their own estimate too. Insurers always try to get you to take their lowball settlement check on the spot and then tell you that if it turns out being more to fix it they will make an adjustment, but once you cash their check it becomes a big hassle, better to just let the shop do all that work dealing with insurance for you instead. Anyhow, G'luck

yeah I work with a lot of body shops and all I hear are horror stories about AAA, they are the hardest to get money out of and then they take forever to pay out claims to the body shop, alot of times over three months to get them to pay your body shop, I know an auto glass guy that just refuses to do any AAA work outright

I saw the car near Westmoor high school yesterday and it was in bad shape. I hope everything works out for you. I have an open claim with AAA. Once it is settled, I will post about my experience.
