Sometimes stuff gets messed up by the person telling the story since this was not first hand info, not saying I wouldn't be upset but I would call the shop and talk to whoever to try and clarify what was said. Mistakes happen.

Customer called me from "that" shop b/c he was not the happiest to find out or think he found out that I screwed him over.

Upon arriving here today, he re-advised me on what had went down. My customer is trust worthy, I don't need any more confirmation than that.

*and agreed mistakes happen but not via me f-ing someone over...I don't take lightly to that

I don't think Noah's gonna tell us what the name of the other shop is. He's too classy for that, guys.

Thats why I'll return to LIC for any future work on my car. They are one of the last good AND respectable shops for subies.

Wow Noah and Classy in the same sentence...Never thought I would see the day to hear those two combos together

As fas as the "other" shop; to me its irrelevant for me to be the one to talk trash on there name publicy. The fact that the individual has/will/might read this is verification enough to me. They know who they are.

I just don't appreciate that kind of talk about me. I just don't see what some other shop gains by saying crap about me/LIC. And for them to make statement(s) like they did, scares me that they are well trusted among this community.

Ahh it is what it is.

I'm entrusting Noah, Adam and the LIC crew for servicing my car from now and the future. Like VRT MBasile said: Their are one of the last good AND respectable shops for subies.

Read between the lines.
Think about it...

The answer MIGHT lie within your own name...

Which shops are in the Bay Area?
Which shops enjoy a particularly good reputation and a high profile?
Which shops MIGHT have some issues which don't allow them to complete a swap project?

It's obviously not LIC...

So who else could it be?
