i think the callin in gay thing is a ****ing joke.
my work has a sign in the breakroom saying anyone that calls in gay tomorrow will be taken as a unexcused absence/no call no show. they even higlighted the language explainign how it is legal for them to do so becuase it is not an officialy recognized holiday.
with the way the economy is right now, i dont know how many are willing to risk their job.
i hope they call in, i will take your hours and make me some extra money
