Since it is a High Wing Plane they should be able to see the helicopter sitting there.

Hmmm....maybe someone was trying to join the "Mile High Club" and wasn't paying attention.

Looks like there gonna be a collision, but the plane could be a bit higher. The heli looks like one that picks up and drops water for fires or things of that sort, not missing half of the chassis.

The plane was about 1000' closer to me than the helo, which, btw, is my 2nd favorite helo.
