Who used Master paint shop in Hayward recently?

Did anyone went there recently?

Last time (3 years back) the pervious owner Dennis painted my side skirts and Greddy bumper and they turned out very good.

Just went there to get an estimate on my rear bumper (scratches).
So, a new owner (Hector) gave me an estimate.

I wonder if this shop is still good?

Thanks

I got my skirts painted @ masters in a groupbuy a couple years back. It was ok, but not perfect. Some bubbles and streaks, but I didn't expect much out of a $75 GB.

Go to Creative Kustoms in San Jose... they do A+++ work there. I'm getting my bumper redone there next week.

Really? My car came out looking worse than a highschool autoshop job, but then that was right when he took ownership of the shop from Dennis. Hopefully they have gotten better.

Problems were:

-overspray EVERYWHERE
-could see sandscratch through the paint
-spray irregularities, runs, fisheyes. etc.
-painted over my AWD sticker
-there were some areas where primer could be seen

Total crap.

I got my fog covers painted there a couple of months ago - came out ok and it was pretty cheap.

So, are they good at just painting parts? or they are good for body work repair?

Anyone has experience with them for repairing body work?

Thanks
