Pete, you've always got my back. Thanks...

One of my friends plays bango in the David Thom Group. Which is a Blue Grass group that plays around the Bay Area and large BG festivals. The band has a Singer/acoustic guitar, bongo, mandolin and stand-up bass. Sometimes someone will sit in with the on the fiddle. A great group. Very tallented musicians.

I listen to country most of thime in the car.

You aren't kidding about funny looks. It cracks me up to see peoples faces when they look over and see me listening to country in my rex. Especially since I usually have it on loud...

Right now my changer has:

Toby Keith
Alan Jackson
and Tim McGraw in it.

The other discs are Fear Factory, Eminem, and a techno comp. disc...

Is there anything better than the Taliban song? lol jk

I like some country. The more modern, progressive stuff. Most of what I like could be considered sort of crossover I guess (Shania, Faith Hill, Toby Keith, etc.)
I on the other hand prefer "Crossdressing " country as opposed to crossover.
To each his own , but just tell me why those guys have to sport camel toes AND mullets all at once!?!

Do you know what you get when you play country music backwards?

you get the dog back , the house back , the truck back.....
