who has TXS TBE??
Hey guys, I was wondering who has a TXS TBE.
I love the sound of the "Vishnu" exhaust...but wanted to hear what the TXS sounds like. I have heard some others but they sound like a tin can, and not sporty. Anyone have one?

Freddie,
I have the TurboXs Stealth back exhaust (downpipe, high flow cat(soon to be race pipe) and midpipe) hooked up to a OBX muffler. Come to the meet on Wednesday and check it out.
The whistle from the wastegate makes the downpipe sound tinny, but I enjoy it.
But remember, the TurboXS exhaust tapers from 4" at the turbo, to 3" at the bottom of the downpipe, to 2.5" at the midpipe. And there are VERY LIMITED muffler systems you can use with the TurboXS Stealth Back exhaust. Here's a link for the muffler that will fit:

TurboXS Down Pipe, Cat Pipe, and Mid Pipe $727
For those who want to maintain that factory dual tip look, while keeping the exhaust note as quite as possible, can purchase the exhaust system without the rear muffler assembly. The original factory muffler or any aftermarket muffler designed to replace the original muffler with bolt up.
edit: read your link...I certainly wouldn't consider SEVEN mufflers to be "very limited"

I was looking for more muffler selections, like those from Apexi', MRT, Skunk 2, etch. But I guess 7 selections isn't that bad

And I know where you can get the TurboXS stealth back for much cheaper than the price above. PM me for more info.
