I've been researching clutches for when the time comes to replace the stocker on my STi but there isnt much info on the RPS - who has one and what is it like? A few people on other boards said that the pedal feel was remarkably stock like - is that true?
Please post if you have one!

i love my rps clutch it was recommended to me by noah at lic motorsports feels a little stiffer than stock but no chatter. +1 for the rps and +1 for noah telling me about it
I have the RPS organic clutch with act streetlight flywheel, pedal feels a little more stiffer than stock but nothing crazy. I love the clutch and its holding strong. I'm pushing almost 400tq and it doesnt slip any at all. Should be good for mid 400's without a problem. oh and rpm's don't drop noticeably more than stock.

we are one of the only northern cali dealers of RPS.
I have never had a customer dislike it.
the organic disk is capable of 475 lbs ft and the 6 puck is capable of 575 lbs ft (rated at 75%)...these clutchs add apprx 15-20% pedal stiffness over stock but is way less than ACT.
we also stock these.

I went from a ACT Sprung Six puck and Matching flywheel to the RPS clutch and ACT streetlight flywheel.
The ACT was very sucky sucky in everyday life. Traffic.... Forget it.
The RPS works very well and my leg thanks me everytime we drive. I'm also running a gt30R with a 6spd and large wheels. Feel is great, Feels almost like stock and hold power without a problem.
And with LIC you cant go wrong. They are the only ones to touch my car.

I wanted to mention your setup but had hoped you would chime in.
If I<3subie car can hang with it, believe me yours can...he puts his to the test, If you have ever seen the photography section of i-club you will find I<3subie's car doing doughnuts in dirt, etc...and to top it off his car puts down significant power to boot!
these clutch's really are that great for everyday driving. if you can get away with the organic, I say do it...all 6 pucks are 6 pucks really...but with that said the RPS is still more streetable for the 6 puck application.
my $0.02
*and again thanks for the kind words I<3subie!

In my experience, RPS clutches are great. On an STi, it was a little stiffer than a stock clutch, but still manageable even in heavy traffic.
