How do you like them? Sticky as hell? How do they hold up? I am thinking of using them as my next set of tires. (as track tires)

They are spec tires in quite a few of NASA's race series. From what I have been told, I haven't had a set yet, they are very durable and predictable. Not the stickiest tire out there but, still an excellent track tire.
I have mine shaved, drive hard on the track and have 10+ track days. Nice thing is that when shaved they are rotatable on the car and then rotatable on the wheel, adds to their life.

very stable compound- doesn't heat cycle out
pretty bad at full tread in the dry (if you're fast you'll chunk them)
great shaved
sticky as hell? no.
hoosier autocross compound and c70 compound hankook z214's are sticky as hell.
they're stickier than the best streets once up to temp, though.

I haven't run any other track tires to compare to the RA-1's but have been happy with the RA-1's. As long as you have enough camber and wear them even they seem to last a long time. Don't take them off until you see chords just starting to show. Just because the groves are gone and it looks like a full on slick is no reason to remove them just yet. The guys at AIM tires at Sears Point gave me the following recomendations look for 38 to 40 psi hot, and 180 to 195 tire temp. They also said there was no need to remove until you see chords. I can verify this because I just started to see chords showing on one tire, switched it to the location that was taking the least abuse and ran the last session of the day throwing down my fastest lap time. If anyone else herd otherwise on temps or pressures I would be interestead in hearing what you came up with.
