That's all everyone at Funston has been talking about for past 3 days. I saw the Sheriffs over there last night, wonder if that's when the guy was arrested. I'm at Funston pretty much twice a day with my dog, I've probably seen both of those dogs and their owners before.

People do this kind of stuff because they can. Sad, but there are lots of f***ed up people out there taking out their frustration on pets.
