Vishnu will dyno tune with aftermarket intake but don't expect power gains from just the intake. Call them for details.
S-Squared is running a special deal on their reflash through the month of January. This is a great deal, but unfortunately for STi owners the EcuTek support for the STi is not yet ready for prime time. S-Squared is located in the Sacramento area. They also do installs.
I-Speed will road tune or dyno tune. I think they are located in Novato. They can also perform engine swaps that appear to be factory stock.

Casting my vote for I-Speed.
Just as good of tuners without being as pretentious as some of the others (c'mon now, how the **** can a tuner tell you what you can and can't use?! Suggestions welcome, rules not.) I have no idea what they are doing for engine management for STi's, but give them a ring and see what they have to say.

Just as an aside, S-Squared is the farthest thing from pretentious, as well.
I vote S-Squared, and they'll have a dyno soon as well, in house.

If you want a EcuTek DeltaECU reflash for an STi, it's still under development. I have the reflash on my WRX and it's reliable and trouble-free. STi owners, however, will have to wait for this tuning option.
Supported models and years for EcuTek reflash:

Apparently, the drive-by-wire throttle that appears on the STi and the Forester XT is part of the reason why the EcuTek DeltaECU tools are still being worked out for these two vehicles.

Best Regards,

Go to shiv, no one better in the bay area for tuning (check out his staged sti my god!).
And you might want to think about selling your intake and buying a up or down pipe or a catback.

Out of curiosity, how is I-Speed tuning the STi? The EcuTek reflash package is not yet available and they don't have Xedes. Are you guys using stand alones or something?
