I live on Fulton & 25th and I see someone with a silver 02/03 ("bug-eye") WRX who drives on Fulton with a roof rack that does not have the rubber feet. Whoever it is has the euro-style roof rack that hooks into the rain gutter like this:



Does anyone know who this is? I'm trying to see if my GC8 2000 Impreza has the same setup and need some assistance to get under the rain gutter. If anyone can point me to the person who I see that has this, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Your 2000 Impreza does have that setup. It's a UK/Euro spec part though. Getting under the gutters can be a PITA because the clips underneath it tend to break.
