White and yellow are legal!

Illegal windshield washer nozzle lights. Only white or yellow are allowed. (25106 VC, 24003 VC).

How about underbody neons? Do they have to be white or yellow as well?

definitely not...mine emits a rainbow! besides making my car stand out, it confuses the people i race cuz they're too mesmerized to shift properly.
