Where to take an 06 E350 (merc) for an oil change?

Recent MBZ's do NOT come with free maintenance (at least from factory, it can be puchased as a 'stand alone' option). Only BMW is still offering 'free maintenance' (they just add the cost into the MSRP).
If you take it to the dealership pay, they call it a service B. It will be $250 - $275. At 9k, the service indicator has not triggered, it should between 10 to 12k.
MB uses synthetic, I can't recall but it's a lot more than our cars. Factor in if they use just the replacement filter or filter kit, the price will vary. Add that plus labor, $100 is not that expensive if you are paying retail.
Hell there are vendors where who charges like $75 for a synthetic oil change on our cars.

I just did my BMW, saved like $$$$ money. It cost me about $50.00..I used Castrol 0w30 and a KN Filter..But I bought that package from Autozone on last months sales ad..
