I have taken 3 different cars to 3 different Wheel Works and they did crappy work all 3 times. I have had other experiences with them as well, but these 3 stand in memory since I gave them as well as other branches another chance. This was my '80 Celica @ Wheel Works in Campbell (caster problem and alignment corrected by Custom Alignment in MV with a list of what WW did wrong), my '97 Pathfinder LE 4x4 @ Wheel Works in Santa Clara (only to rotate tires, fix RH pull and center steering wheel - brought it back to them 3x and they finally got it right on the 3rd), and my '93 Maxima SE @ Wheel Works in Los Gatos (brought in for RH pull - again problem was fixed by Custom Alignment - don't remember tho). These are my experiences with them, I have heard other stories from friends as well.

You thinkg WW just sucks for alignment? ive gotten my tires mounted and balanced everytime there and they always seem to do good work. Only alignmened once though.

 

they did well on my alignment. But AI is right around the corner from my house and I have to get to work after I drop it off. On top of that I have camber bolts and newly installed suspension..not going to be an easy alignment.

$125 it better be right so AI is the place.
