Where to purchase lightweight battery locally?

I am going to check my local motorcycle shops today as I had no idea on which one would work, and I didn't want to have to buy a "Braille" brand as they are $$.

Most of the dealers are in So Cal. There used to be one in Danville, but they said they stopped carrying them about a year ago.
It actually would have been better for me if my battery died at college instead of at home.
