Where is the love?
How come no one at all ever waves to me? Mike told me it was normal to wave your ***** at another subaru drive when u drive by them, that or a friend moon. It said it was some british custom.

i wave to who ever makes eye contact. but all i kno is that when i grow old im gonna be just like that old guy, bcuz he drives a bad *** car and he's old!!! but ill wave.

There are a few possiblities on why he didn't wave:
1) he has gotten used to people staring at his ride and doesnt notice anymore
2) he thought that you may just want to race, and even tho he could probably beat you, he didnt want to get into it on the street with every modded wrx that wants to test its mettle against an sti
3) he was so into his barbra streisand albumn that he forgot the world around him
