where to get wheels detailed and curb rash repair?

where to get wheels detailed and curb rash repair?
I bought a set of 04 sti bbs and they've got bad curb rash, dimples, road tar (which I can't seem to get off), and seared in brake pad bits, etc.
Where do I get the wheel detailed (and rash repaired) in the south bay?
Someone mentioned Wheel Techniques of Santa Clara. But since this isn't a full repair job, is a regular detailer good enough (ie cheaper)?

i cured mine with a disc grinder and various abrasive wheels. Get a disc grinder for $50 at the most, cheaper than any wheel repair.
unless the rash is super deep, but you can make any rash look smoother at least, then paint
the cheapest thing is sanding and blistering your knuckles, wheel cleaning sucks->too bad they arent three spokers
