Where to get hood scoop painted

Can anybody recommend a place to get my hood scoop painted WRB that isn't going to charge me an arm and a leg? I got a couple of quotes and they've been in the $300+ range. I can't believe how much they are charging to paint a part that they don't have to blend colors with and is less than 4 square feet.
