Where to find info about smog check exemption?
Does anyone know a good place to read about California vehicle emission laws? Hopefully, without actually having to read through the vehicle code or something similar.
Basically, I want to find out what vehicles are exempt from smog checks every other year of registration. Also, I want to find out what the laws are on engine swaps of older cars with newer engines. If you know of any place with any good info I would love to see it, thanks!
