Me Wells and I hate it. I also work there. I also bank at Citi and they give me no problems.

Community First Credit Union is a really nice place to bank.
I walk in and the teller knows my name without asking, it's more like family there.

B of A has been kickin' butt for me lately, got rid of a few NSF fees cuz I talked to them on the phone, direct deposit, online banking, and online billpay is pretty sick.

I tried some of the local banks and stuff, but they just couldn't do some of the stuff the bigger ones could. They were trying to tell me that because they were smaller they could give me better customer service, but it seems as though B of A is willing to let go of some of the fees a lot easier than the locals were willing to...
I used to use Wells and got sick of all the BS fees, especially paying ATM fees everytime I have to travel east for business. Switched to USAA (dad was in the military) and couldn't be happier. $25 minimum balance per account, no hidden fees, free checks, free online bill pay, atm fee rebates, interest on checking, CD rates on saving, free UPS overnight for deposits. Good stuff. If you have any connections to the military, USAA is the only way to go for banking and car insurance.

The Union Bank of California that I used to go to was staffed by 100% smoking hot chicks...every teller was a hot chick. When they screwed up my account and I had to move to BofA I was pretty pissed...theres only one hot teller at my BofA
