Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara.
http://www.wheeltechniques.com/

I was told to go to them when I brought my beat up wheels to Big O. Once at Wheel Techniques they Quoted me $620, but that is for the whole set and these wheels are bent, curbed, chipped, and scraped all over, but they still hold air . I haven't used them yet, just went in for the quote. I looked at their website and it looks like they do extremely good work.

Do not go to wheels America they do horrible work. My top choice for wheel repair in the bay area is rite way wheels in walnut creek. Jose does top notch work and he is highly recommended through many forums. Wheel techniques in Santa Clara would be my 2nd choice but rite way wheels is the place to go
