Where to buy 3" S.Steel highflo cat
I want to put in a 50 state cat for my 3" exhaust just to get a c.a.r.b. tag or sticker I also need a great shop for install

it was my understanding that there are no aftermarket cats that are CARB certified. it should change soon as there are definitely some companies trying to get their products certified.

There are certain guidelines to follow regarding replacement of cats. Random Technologies is a manufacturer of high-flow cats and WRX replacement parts.
I do not want to be swapping out exhaust components every other year for smog testing at vehicle registration time.
