If I were a CHP, I would do that daily.

I HATE people that cruise at 55/60mph in Lane 1 (and Lane 2 for that matter; Lane 2 should at least be at the limit and Lane 1 should be reserved for passing, dammit!).

 

Let me clear this up, it is only NORTHERN CA drivers that are ****ing idiots. I grew up driving in LA, and I can't stand the drivers up here. No one here knows what the damn gas pedel is for, and then they get all butthurt when I flip them the bird as I pass them.

 

How often are you in SoCal? I can't count how many times I've seen a minivan or SUV get on the freeway and immediately head to the left lane and drive 65. Hell, I've seen it happen at 1AM when the freeway is empty. It's as if people need to feel like they're fast, so they have to be in the fast lane.

Once I learned how traffic works in SoCal, majority of the freeways the furthest lane to the right is the fastest.

Now that I live in the LA area I miss Bay Area traffic! Every time I drive down here there are a bunch of cars going 60-65 in the fast lane just cruisin when traffic isn't heavy.
