haha. I wish cops would do that **** here, and the freaking morons who drive their rented Penske big *** trucks in the fast lane doing 65. I hate california drivers. I wish people here drove like they do in the UK.

haha that's a good way to get the point across. But the driver was probably driving slow because they didn't want to go over the speed limit too.

 

if you were going 'too slow' here, you'd be driving in reverse.

It`s like the driver wanted to get pulled over. After the siren was turn on the driver even put his turn blinkers instantly.
