Wheel fitment question

Someone selling me cheap set of wheels, 19x8.5, 25 offset... Will this fit an 04 Sti?

I think the offset is too low for the 04 wheel bearing.... Subiedude would be the best to call on that one.

it would fit if u run camber and rolled fenders. should be easy on the front but kinda hard in the rear.

also if ur down to run aggressive fitment.

tire selection will also be a factor. on a 8.5 wheel u would have to stretch some skinny tires.

all in all its not worth it on a 8.5

dude running 18x8.5 +23 with spacers...not nineteen, but lower offset...

hey Irvin ... i believe the offset is too low for the 5x100 wheel bearings ... eventually you would be needing to take your wheel bearings to a machine shop. a lot sooner than someone would normally would.

shoot as long as you got coilovers and adj camber plates DO IT! shoot it's worth a shot. run 225-30-19 sized tires and ur good to go.

serious question here: so who's actually replaced their wheel bearings because they were running low offset? all this talk about week bearings.... i never see any posts about anyone actually replacing them...

55k miles and my wheel bearings needs replacing and i know a few people that replaced theirs around the same mileage.

Thanks for all your input.. I was selling my hardtop for my Miata and someone wants to trade a new'ish BBS LM in that size...figure I'd ask first...but hell, it's a $4000 set of wheels for my $1400 hardtop.

It will fit. You'll need to add camber to tuck them and roll the fenders. But over all, it shouldn't stick out past the fender more than 1/2 inch.
