Wheel chair dude helps protect a clerk being assaulted
You guys will like this one

Here's the discussion: the wheel chair dude says something like, "we've got to stand up against people like this so they don't think they can just keep doing it".
This is a fine line that I feel our American society really has swung pretty far on the "do nothing" side. Our society has become ruder and ruder because really, there is no societal reaction against it. People can just get away with crap.
Part of it is people don't want to get involved; for lack of time, effort, and fear of the person having a deadly weapon. However, our society lacks the collective frown that should immediately follow poor behavior.
What's your take?

I would've done a flying jump kick to his head.... people are worthless these days.
That was in Canada -- definitely not America -- the guy would've had more charges coming to em... and at least a lawsuit.
There are people that will do something, but it's becoming acceptable to not help, which is beyond my comprehension!

in a country where you can get sued by a burglar hurting himself while trying to get into your house, people just don't want to deal with the b.s. that may/can come by helping anyone.
