ive tried many times to stop smoking, so ill say ill cut down on smoking.
and yes, i couldve saved so much money if i didnt smoke. imagine the mod money i can have if i didnt have this habit.

If i can go from 230 lbs to 155 lbs then you guys can too. Remember that you shouldn't wait for something like new years to make a resolution to do something, if you want it bad enough you can do it no matter what time it is.

Working down to my next goal, then from there take down the last 25 lbs. to smack down my Type II Diabetes.
