whats some good rods?

looking for some rods for my 05 sti, but first I need to know what you guys recomend? o and motor will be seen 30 psi and no more

They are experts at building motors.

I rebuilt my 3SGTE a while back with Eagle rods and Wiseco pistons, they held up extremely well and are worth looking into.

Agreed with adam ^^^ Those two company's are known for super high horsepower applications as well as reliability

Not saying other rod companys are inferior.

Ive used Eagles on three different motors. They performed flawlessly.
