My uncle is a firefighter in the Palo Alto/ Menlo park area and he said you have to be really careful because there have been firefighters shot due to the crackheads that burn down their own houses. Pretty pathetic in my opinion. I went to college in Vallejo and I would hear gun shots once every two weeks or so.

 

i was watching the news last night and a pizza guy making a delivery in richmond got shot in an appartment complex..reason unknown.

i don't understand "some people".

 

thats exactly what my reasoning was, i just couldnt remember. People get F'd up on drugs and could care less what they do, not to mention 1/2 of them have nothing to lose.

1 of every 5 calls is probably drug related...so thats like 365 chances a year you might get assaulted by someone strung out on drugs

 

i was reading that too, felt bad for the guy since he just became a US citizen.
