Whats fun to do in Monterey?

I'm basically taking a mini vacation to Monterey for 2 nights pretty much looking forward to the beaches and the aquarium. Any locals know of in places or areas that Monterey has to offer? Any performance/tuner shops in Monterey?

Feedback would be appreciated thank you!

If you like seafood don't bother with the touristy restaurants. Go to the Monterey Fish House:

Cannery Row is pretty nice, very touristy though, but alot of good eats and shops. Carmel is also just alittle bit away and that's always nice.

Fishermans Grotto on the wharf is also very good if you like clam chowder. Absolutely the best I've ever tasted!

Monterey will eat 2 days before you know it.

There's black light golf out there. If you have kids there's Dennis the Menace Park. If you want eats... there are TONS of them. Just pick a kind of food and I'll tell you what's up.

If you're looking for breakfast... go to First Awakenings.

Sushi, seafood, maybe a good burger? Looking also for fun amusement parks and most importantly large shopping malls!!!!

the only shopping mall in monterey is del monte. It's an outside mall but there's a macy's etc. It's a decent size i guess, but nothing that nice. There's also a little shopping district in carmel valley that's right off the highway. Attractions for Monterey are basically canary row, fishermans warf, laguna seca, pg. There's so many sushi places, your best bet is to just yelp it lol. There's Sapporo which is on the warf and has a nice view, sushi by the bay, oh sushi, etc. Also if you want pretty good snow cones dennis the menace park sells em for like $2.00

Yep, truly is the greatest. Jalopnik had a great article that matched what I tell people that beyond the insane cars there and insane race cars, the parking lots themselves are one of the best parts. Vintage races also have a lot of amazing new cars around to look at also because if you can afford a million dollar 1960's car you can afford sweet new supercars

Anyways been waiting for this moment all MY LIFEEEEEEE, seriously tho just got my pops orig owner c2 restored, and the of car the corvette is the car this year($%($%$( neared 30 years of myself never seeing it out of the garage and running.

Skydive Monterey is great if you want to get in a Tandem jump. You can watch people autocrossing while you wait if you're lucky and there happens to be one going on.
