Well what are the two similar ones on the opposite side? id say its for adjusting/mounting it back up but IDK since no one else is helping you out yet.

i know its not the UP and DOWN becuase thats on the center of the ight (where the sti level motor sits) i just have no idea as to what the one on the far side does

I belive it's the adjustment that moves it inward and outward, or it holds the reflect, i forgot. Just tryloosing it with a wrench and see what happens.
