I was the Quality Assurnce Manager at a heavy manufacturing plant for 6.5yrs.

I think a clay bar should be a must.

I mean a decent hand exterior detail to me would be....

Wash. Rinse. Clay bar. Rinse. Wax. Wax. Wax.


so the bucket would be...

bucket. lid. Wash. Clay bar. Detail spray. Wax. Towel. Applicator. Sponge. Tire dressing.

Maybe throw a nice polish or all purpose spray or wheel spray.

Basically do an exterior hand package. Nothing for the interior.
I think a proper machine package would be more like $150.
And you could do an interior package for like $50 sans a bucket.

So you could buy the $100 or $150 exterior package and get the $50 interior separate. I think an all in one package would be $150-200.

the goal is to keep it under $100...

The essential kit we have today contains all you listed and more for $179.

btw folks, buckets are great for Christmas presents... I can customize a bucket for you if you like... Of course you'll get your Christmas discount... Depending on the size and item, I might be able to throw in some freebies too!
