What is there to do in Tahoe at this time of the year?
morn yo.
there are a million things to do up here, but with your initial post, u shot down most. it is a "sight seeing" type of place. the Lake is one of the most beautiful things on the planet. i suggest regardless of what she says, drag her SOMEWHERE near the Lake (like emerald bay, carnelian bay, the entire east shore {they have a nude beach}, mt rose, echo summit, tahoe city {WAY better than south lake in terms of personality}, homewood {look up west shore cafe, epic views and really awesome place to eat}, bliss state park, eagles nest, flur de loc, i could go on for pages...). there are a million ghost towns in the carson city area. tons to do in reno as well.....
i LOVE driving around the lake. it is a 75 mi day trip that reminds me why i live up here. if thats all you do up here, you will be glad you did...

Northstar at Tahoe has star gazing tours. It looks pretty awesome, if you're into star gazing or staring at the night sky.
I actually want to do this myself.
