Im going to go look at a black sti 2007 bone stock with 12000 miles... What should i offer him its going to be private party...

id offer $26k

but in the first place, id just get a 05 (with 5x114) sti with low miles for $5k less than what you'll have to pay. either way, theyre both used.

True. But still, it's a legit factor to think about. Would you buy a wrecked car?
I've seen wrecked cars totally put back together wrong.. Radiator supports put back on backwards.. Etc, Etc..
