You have three options two of which make you feel better, hire someone to pull out her finger and toe nails with a pair of pliers or take her to small claims court... either way, if you wanna make her suffer you gotta shell out more dough. The last option doesn't make her suffer but you also don't have to pay anything... let it go man, just let it go.

 

Get your locks rekeyed like yesterday. Im a locksmith and I see people getting ripped off really often like that. Just take one lock off each door and head to your local lock shop.

 

take her to small claims.....shoot you likely won't even have to take her...just file....she will get the paper work and get back to you pronto.

Try to at least get a couple hundred bucks to lighten the load a bit.

Room mate situations suck...I went through some bastards. Couple of **** vegans. Some seriously dirty *** dudes. No rent payin pot smoken drunks...ummmm up tight too clean freakishly uptight guy......now I have uptight guy but he pays his bills and is a decent room mate...that's why we have been room mates for like 2 years.

definately get your house rekeyed...you will at least have a case for that in small claims. Just having that case will probably help you win the case in entirety.
