i got a ticket like a week ago up at Berkeley for not yeilding to a pedestrian..and i was wondering if i should go argue it or not..

so i was going down bancroft right next to the campus on a thursday around 6..there was a stop sign so i stopped and started to go and a girl was walkin on the other walkway..so i slow down and we make eye contact and she tells me to go..so i wave at her and i went..and then a cop pulls me over and i got a ticket for not yeilding to a pedestrian...

what should i do?

Sounds like she yielded to you, should look up if thats a legal move or not. Call the issuing department and see if anyone there could answer your questions.

 

Fight it... if that's what really happened. Tell them you're willing to take a polygraph. Even though it's not admissable, it says something about your character.

I got a ticket for the same thing. Exactly the same. I went to court, told
my story. Dropped! Fight it!

 

lol if i took a lie detector test i would fail even though i was not lying, for some reason i am very scared of anything...and it makes my heart rate jump like crazy, like when i was taking the blood pressure test, i felt my heart going insanely fast and i got nervous...sorry for the offtopic, anyways u should definitely fight it, what did the cop say when u told him the story?
