Burton custom 168.5 was the main one for a while, but i switched back to my Palmer Honey Pro 161.

definentlfy love the way the palmer rides. fastest base i have riden.
the custom is a great board to. they both have been my favorites to ride. demo'd many but it's what i have come back to.

I live in the NEast so i mostly ride ice, no powder.

bindings are burton missions with toe cap strap replacements. works really well recomend it to any one to change to that type of strap.
also
use the palmer plates, basically 10 mm riser pads, they lift your feet, and give you a little better leverage.

Burton ruler boots last years model, really nice, they have the pull tight lacing thing to them, but before that had burton freestyle, and forum j p walkers and burton motos.
i like the rulers the best next to the freestyles.

I almost went with a libtech skate banana, i was so close to buying it i posted in the "what's your last purchase" thread.. but last minute decided on the neversummer. not saying it's a better board but hey.. im as happy as i feel i need to be with a board. hitting a powdery/groomed black diamond run and leaning back all the way on the tail and feeling locked in on a rail... such an awesome feeling.. I love my new rocker/camber!

I love Palmer boards.

I rock Palmer risers as well. I was at Bear Valley one day and the Vans rep was there. I tested out some boots and he had a set of risers there so I asked him what was up with them and he explained it. He said with my knee injury I'd really dig them. So he fished a set out and gave them to me.

I was installing them and this kid asked me about them so he went and try to scope a pair... dude said he had no more. Then my brother did the same thing but he got a pair. Haaaaaa.

So we both rock palmer plates and so does Justin BLUEWRXWAGON. But he rocks them because he has skis for feet.

I keep hearing good things about them. I'll have to check them out when I look for a new board.

Currently riding on:
161 Palmer Honeycircle II board
Burton Mission Bindings
Burton Hail Boots

not a bad setup and has served me well for a few years. Getting the itch to buy a new setup soon. Anyone riding on the k2 cinch ctx bindings? I like standard bindings but am interested in some "quicker" bindings (not really interested in flow bindings, hear a lot of bad reviews).

yeah flow bindings are terrible from what everyone says who has them or has had them.
I'd check out the K2's with the drop back plate for an easier strap in.

158 Burton UniNC with burton mission bindings (thank you so steezy) the board is awesome and rides so smooth. Burton bindings(IMO) are the best by far i that i have riden on

i also have a 162 Ride decade with k2 cinche bindings. Heavy board, but floats in the powder.
