In my opinion FWD isn't so bad when it comes to road racing. Look at the SCCA World Challenge series for Touring Class. FWD cars are dominating.

Also the engine that comes in the tc is great when you add some boost to it. My friend had a 2006 tc with a t3/t4 turbo kit on it and it's just nuts how fast and fun that car is to drive. I will try to get some pix up of his car asap

i can understand if your racing on track but on the streets, off the line fwd was just never my taste =p

AWD was a whole new world when i came from a 78 chevy truck. same hp...but traction and boost outweigh in most aspects. no more smoky burnouts...

They come from Toyota's line of fuel efficient cars! So since $$$ is hard to come by these days, racers want to save on gas... so they get a Toyota!

dont they have lexus transmissions or brakes or something along the lines of that. i don't like them at all but to quote a previous post, yea they are girl cars to me, my girlfriend wants one really bad, but i am trying to get her to buy a red 04/05 rex
